Clearance Flooring

Our clearance flooring comes from real jobs across the Palouse. When an installation wraps up, the leftover carpet, vinyl and tile still have plenty of life in them. We pass those savings on to you instead of letting good material go to waste.

These aren’t factory seconds or damaged goods. They come from the same quality brands we install every day. Because every piece is one of a kind, our clearance selection is sold as-is, first come, first served. What’s here this week may be gone next week.

Our inventory changes all the time, but these are the materials that we typically care are:

• Carpet remnants: residential and commercial carpet, from small pieces to larger remnants.
• Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and tile (LVT): leftover cartons, great for bathrooms, laundry rooms and smaller spaces.
• Sheet vinyl: remnant cuts for kitchens, baths and utility areas.
• Tile: overstock and leftover boxes for backsplashes, entryways and small floors.
• Laminate: odd lots and leftover cartons when available.

Much of our clearance comes from brands we install every day, including Mohawk, Shaw Floors, Dream Weaver, Daltile and Dixie Home. Availability varies, so call (509) 339-4761 to ask about a specific material, color or size.
